Tri-County Abilities Test


This is the essential mandatory pre-employment requirement which must be completed prior to applying for the following fire departments:

  • St.Johns County Fire Rescue
  • City of St. Augustine Fire Rescue
  • Clay County Fire Rescue
  • Flagler County Fire Rescue
  • Nassau County Fire Rescue
  • City of Jacksonville Beach Fire Rescue.

The current cost for this testing is now $75.00 which is non-refundable. Candidates may register by phone (904-824-4401) or in person at our registration office on the main campus. Candidates may also call the North Campus for additional information. Test is limited to the first 50 applicants on a first come first served basis.

Next Scheduled Exams:

    1. Tuesday, February 9, 2010- Limited to the first 30 candidates who pre-register
    2. Tuesday, April 13, 2010- Limited to the first 50 candidates who pre-register
