Introduction to computer repair and computer design further enabling the student to communicate and troubleshoot common PC problems.

Help Desk Technician

OCP A and B must be completed to enter this level. The student will become proficient in advanced PC repair and custom PC building.

OCP D

 

Help Desk Analyst

OCP A, B, and C must be completed to enter this level. The student continues work-based experiences including PC interaction with network and network installation.
